Entering into the world of home nutrition therapy is difficult and often times you feel like you are in a new world where you don't speak the language or know how to navigate the journey.

What advice would you give a new consumer or parent of a new consumer? What do you wish someone had told you when you first started this journey.

Well, don't feel bad to ask question.  The more you ask the more you learn.  Specially when don't understand what a Doctor, or the home care company is telling you.  You will learn more from the Home care Company, then you will from the Doctors many time.  They have the time to explain, and if they don't know they will look into it.  I have found, specially with Nutrithrive, they will look into anything for me.

If you are not happy with a pump, dressing kit, or just the tape, they will work to help you get what you like.  That helps a lot.

Now I have year of experience behind me.  In the very hard in the begin, hard, because I did not have a Home care company like Nutrithrive.  They did not work like they do today.  It took us a couple of companies find just what we needed.  Plus lots of work with insurance to get what we wanted.   Now a days, you do have choices.  Back 20 years ago, you got whoever the hospital wanted you to have, and what your insurance would let you have.  Plus you don't know who is good and who is not.

I guess the best thing I can say, it talk with people who are dealing with it everyday.

I am here if anyone need any help.  Or has any question.  Have dealt with toddlers, thru teens, and now the Other half.....plus working to top it off...LOL  Dealt with Tube feeds, both G & J, and TPN.
